Boutique Bed and Breakfast accommodation in Waipu Cove, Langs Beach, in Bream Bay, NZ

Country Homestead at Black Sheep Farm is a boutique Bed and Breakfast on a coastal farmlet. The 3 guest Suites are located on the 1st floor of the elegant, family homestead, located on 20 acres of elevated rolling pasture and native forest. The Black Sheep Farm is perfectly situated midway between Auckland and the Bay of Islands on the scenic Twin Coast Discovery on the East Coast. It is beautifully positioned between the stunning white sandy beaches of Waipu Cove and Langs Beach which are approximately 1 kilometre away. Being elevated, seaviews are enjoyed from the house with guests' suites also enjoying sea and coastal views of Bream Bay.  This is a perfect destination for golfers, walkers, and tourists looking for a real New Zealand experience on a small sheep farm, so close to the coast in a beautiful setting.  A warm welcome awaits you.

The beautifully presented property is run using organic and sustainable principles with permaculture vege and herb gardens providing most of the Homestead's fresh produce. Most of the food produced and prepared here is homemade in the busy kitchen.

The grazing paddocks feature a rare breed of Arapawa black sheep in the front half of the property and behind the Homestead is beautiful native forest and the foothills of the Brynderwyn mountain range.

Spacious guest suites, superb location, tranquility and fine food produced on the property, make this a comfortable and restful place for guests to stay, combining coastal paradise with a small productive farm. Millions of stars blanket the sky at night in the clean country air and the only sound you may hear is the cry "morepork" from the native ruru owls in the bush.

GIFT VOUCHERS.  A perfect gift for family, friends and special people in your lives, or a wonderful reward for recognition of employee efforts, contact the Homestead to organise a night or two as a special treat.
